5-WEEK VIRTUAL WORKSHOP 

Now What? How to Master Major Life Transitions 

Over five weeks, we'll work through a process of reflection, connection, and intentional action to help you reframe your transition as a powerful (if not always comfortable) teacher. You will learn to 

​​

• Honor that which is ending, and make space for the new growth. 

• Identify symbols and metaphors -- the language of the unconscious 

• Develop practices that support resilience and deeper insights. 

 

Participants will leave with a roadmap for moving through this (and other) transitions with greater clarity, purpose, and intention.

Betty Ray is a wise, passionate and compassionate guide on using the alchemy of ritual to transform something confusing and painful into something poignant and sacred. The 5-week Transitions workshop helped me design a very personal experience and therefore, a new context around the 2 recent deaths of loved ones in my life.  I now have something I can refer to that I created for myself that has depth and beauty around the significance of these losses.
